III. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ONLINE STORE
3. The online store provides the following services:
- Registration and creation of a user profile for browsing and using the Website's services
- Conclusion of purchase contracts for products offered by the SUPPLIER on the Website
- Electronic communication for payments, receiving new product information, and delivery
- Browsing the products and services, their characteristics, prices, and delivery conditions
- Rights to withdraw from the contract and to return the goods purchased
4. The SUPPLIER guarantees the USERS’ rights under the law within the bounds of good faith, legal obligations, and compliance with consumer protection regulations.
