If a refund is necessary for a payment made by card, how is the amount refunded?**

The amount paid by card will be refunded through a card transaction to the same card used by the customer.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can see the status of your order in the "My Orders" section of "My Profile".

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It can be sent to an address of your choice (home, office, etc.). Delivery times depend on the courier company's schedule that services your area.

How can I shop from the online store?
1. Browse the product/products you wish to purchase.
2. Click on the image of the product/products you are interested in to view details such as description, dimensions, item code, and price.
3. Select the product and add it to your cart. Then, you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
4. If you wish to proceed with your order, you can do so by registering.
5. All orders are shipped by courier company to your location.
6. All orders can be paid using the courier company's "Cash on Delivery" option or by card.
7. Confirm your order.
8. You will receive an email confirming your order.
